1. General information

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and services provided by Dörr GmbH via the online shop www.doerr-trade.de to commercial customers. No sales to consumers.
(2) Deviating terms and conditions only apply if they have been confirmed in writing.
(3) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Neu-Ulm.


2. Registration

(1) Products can be viewed without registration, but orders can only be placed after registration.
(2) Registration is done via the contact form (name, email, request).
(3) Access data (password) will be sent by email.
(4) Orders, invoices, credit notes, and shipments can be viewed in the user account.


3. Ordering process and conclusion of contract

(1) The customer can edit their address and delivery method in the shopping cart.
(2) By clicking on “Submit order,” the customer accepts the terms and conditions.
(3) The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or shipping notification.


4. Prices, payment

(1) Prices are exclusive of sales tax, packaging, and shipping costs.
(2) Delivery is only made against advance payment (bank transfer, credit card, direct debit).
(3) Return debit fees shall be borne by the customer.


5. Delivery

(1) Delivery shall be made to the address provided (no PO boxes). Partial deliveries are possible.
(2) Delivery dates are non-binding unless confirmed in writing.
(3) Force majeure (e.g., strikes, official orders) may lead to delivery delays.


6. Retention of title, offsetting

(1) Goods remain the property of Dörr GmbH until full payment has been received.
(2) Offsetting is only permitted with recognized or legally established claims.


7. Transfer of risk, warranty

(1) The risk is transferred to the customer upon handover to the transport company.
(2) Warranty only applies to genuine defects (not “disliking”).
(3) Obvious defects must be reported immediately in writing or by email.
(4) In the event of a defect, rectification will be carried out.
(5) Returns must be insured. Returns without insurance will not be accepted.
(6) Warranty:
  • New goods: 1 year
  • Used goods: none


8. Disclaimer

(1) Liability only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
(2) Liability for injury to life, limb, or health or under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.


9. Data protection

(1) Customer data is stored and processed in accordance with the GDPR.
(2) The customer may revoke their consent at any time with future effect. In the case of ongoing orders, deletion will take place after completion.


10. Severability clause

Should individual clauses be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. A provision that is as economically equivalent as possible shall be sought.


11. Information on battery disposal

As an end user, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. These can be returned free of charge to retailers, collection points, or by mail (postage will be reimbursed).

Meaning of the symbols on batteries:
  • 🚫 = Not in household waste
  • Pb = Contains lead (> 0.004%)
  • Cd = Contains cadmium (> 0.002%)
  • Hg = Contains mercury (> 0.0005%)
